Does my customer need to download an app?
No. Modern iPhones and most Android phones read NFC cards automatically. They just hold the top of their phone near the card and a link notification or page appears.
Which phones work?
iPhone XS and newer read NFC tags with no setup. Most Android phones have NFC built in — it just needs to be turned on in settings (it usually is by default).
How do you set up my card?
After you order, we'll reach out to confirm your business name and Google Business Profile. We program your review link onto the card before it ships, so it's ready to use out of the box.
Can the card link to more than Google?
Yes — with our Multi-Link option the card can open a page with your Google review link plus your website, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram and more.
Is asking for Google reviews allowed?
Yes. Google encourages businesses to ask customers for reviews. Just ask every customer (not only happy ones), and never offer discounts or gifts in exchange for a review — that goes against Google's policies.
How do I pay?
